Kelly is a person that when she flirts with you she makes you think that she isn't flirting with you. She makes things up to make you confused and make you act like you belong in a mental hospital. She is a good person just to have a chat with to keep yourself busy while your waiting for something else to happen or someone else to text you
Kelly used to go out with this one guy, but they broke up. I don't know if she is still single or not, but give her a go ;-). It doesn't hurt to ask her out she will smile at you and say sorry I have a boyfriend, but maybe later.
